Subscription and billing live in two tabs: * **Billing & Invoices**. Payment methods + invoice history. * **Explore Plans**. To change plans, pick a plan and click **Upgrade** or **Downgrade Plan**. Pay As You Go starts with \$10 in free credits and full access.
