# Urgent outbound calls

`POST /conversation/outbound` accepts an optional `priority` of `normal` (the default) or `urgent`. An urgent call goes ahead of every other call your organization has queued and starts as soon as one of your concurrency slots is free. It only reorders your own calls and does not raise your concurrency limit.
